Abstract

This paper is a conceptual capstone within the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It argues that observer-embedded systems cannot restore categorical execution or observability through internal regulatory layering alone. When execution is externalized to non-human executors operating outside human temporal and cognitive accessibility limits, observability can partially return in bounded, local regimes. This return is conditional and fragile, restoring falsifiable interfaces while introducing new failure modes absent in observer-embedded systems. The work is non-empirical by design and explicitly halts at the regime boundary between externalized execution and human interpretation.
