arozcan/sdmc-seg: SDMC-Seg v1.1.0 – Revised version supporting PeerJ resubmission

This release corresponds to the revised version of the SDMC-Seg codebase submitted to PeerJ following reviewer feedback. Changes include: Updated evaluation metrics (HD95, sensitivity, specificity) Extended ablation study results Support for nnU-Net v2 training and evaluation Updated documentation and reproducibility instructions This release is intended to provide a permanent, citable snapshot of the code used to produce the revised experimental results reported in the manuscript. Note: Due to redistribution restrictions, the raw CT images are not included. The original dataset is publicly available from the Turkish Ministry of Health open data portal.
