Abstract

The Binary Constructivist–Constraint Framework (BCCF) is a constraint-first framework defining admissibility, persistence, and execution limits across physical, biological, and observer-embedded systems. This document specifies the primitive assumptions, core definitions, regime structure, and halting conditions of BCCF, and serves as the canonical reference for the framework.
