Automated Nuclei Detection and Spatial Export in QuPath Using a Pre-Trained StarDist Model
Abstract
This script performs automated detection of nuclei in QuPath using a StarDist 2D model. It is intended for quantitative image analysis workflows where both visual validation and geometric object export are required.
