Abstract

We present a unified framework connecting three theoretical constructs: (1) Gradient Indeterminacy (I-G), which extends quantum uncertainty to gradients over finiteregions; (2) its speculative extensions to thermal and chiral domains; and (3) the Multilevel Recursive Coherence (MRC) framework, which reinterprets autoimmunity as failure of systemic trust. We postulate that biological coherence emerges from simultaneous satisfaction of multiple gradient constraints across spatial, thermal, and chiral domains. Health corresponds to operating with margins from all constraint boundaries; disease approaches saturation in one or more domains. The Tissue Hash --- MRC's proposedelectromagnetic signature of tissue coherence --- becomes physically grounded as the composite gradient pattern satisfying these constraints. Autoimmunity is reinterpreted not as molecular error but as correct detection of broken geometric constraints. The Drain Vortex Principle provides a dynamic description of the transition: as tissue coherence approaches critical thresholds, pre-existing asymmetries are amplified and the system undergoes an abrupt symmetry-breaking collapse. Established autoimmune states are identified as Coherence Vortices --- topologically stable attractors that resist re-synchronisation. We outline testable predictions with explicit uncertainty, propose a Coherence Topology Theorem and Gradient Authentication Principle as central formal results, and present a translational clinical protocol (Decoherence Risk Index) for prodromal monitoring. Chiral extensions are explicitly marked as the most speculative element ofthe framework.
