These releases are all iterating fixes so we will start live from 1.1 this fixes the seed function both not to choke when downloading datazones by fetching datazone ids first then fetching batches of them to prevent the throttling and 403 errors that come otherwise We do the same with the LSOAs and especially the local authorities Finally the datazones were being oversimplified in the simplification step causing shapes to collapse into triangles.
