Novo BSD — Uma teoria espectral construtiva de curvas elípticas sobre {Q}
Abstract
AbstractWe present *Novo BSD*, a constructive spectral theory of elliptic curves over Q\mathbb{Q}Q in short Weierstrass form y2=x3+Ax+By^2 = x^3 + Ax + By2=x3+Ax+B. The theory operates in a register distinct from the classical Birch–Swinnerton-Dyer formalism: no LLL-function, no abstract rank, no Tate–Shafarevich group. Its primary objects are the multiset of nontrivial canonical heights — the *spectrum* σE\sigma_EσE — and the family of lines Lx0,y0\mathcal{L}_{x_0, y_0}Lx0,y0 induced in parameter space (A,B)(A, B)(A,B) by rational points. Main contributions: (i) a point-line duality theorem (Theorem 5.11) transforming the search for rational points into a geometric covering problem in the parameter atlas; (ii) the Determination via Lines (Theorem 7.6) and via Family (Theorem 7.12) Theorems, establishing that the enriched structure L(E)={(Lx,y,h^(x,y))}\mathcal{L}(E) = \{(\mathcal{L}_{x,y}, \hat h(x,y))\}L(E)={(Lx,y,h^(x,y))} is a complete invariant of isomorphism classes over Q\mathbb{Q}Q; (iii) a complete analytic theory of the partition function ZEZ_EZE, including closed-form formulas by typing (Theorem 7.2), asymptotic bound (Theorem 7.1), the inequality ZE(β)ZE(−β)≥ZE(0)2Z_E(\beta) Z_E(-\beta) \geq Z_E(0)^2ZE(β)ZE(−β)≥ZE(0)2 (Theorem 7.9), and the integral identity ∫0∞Varβ dβ=μE(0)\int_0^\infty \mathrm{Var}_\beta \, d\beta = \mu_E(0)∫0∞Varβdβ=μE(0) (Theorem 7.3); (iv) the spectral zeta function ζσE(s)\zeta_\sigma^E(s)ζσE(s) as an entire object (Theorem 7.10), and the Mellin Identity ∫0∞(ZE(β)−1)βs−1 dβ=Γ(s)ζσE(s)\int_0^\infty (Z_E(\beta) - 1) \beta^{s-1} \, d\beta = \Gamma(s) \zeta_\sigma^E(s)∫0∞(ZE(β)−1)βs−1dβ=Γ(s)ζσE(s) (Theorem 7.11) canonically connecting the thermal and energetic registers; (v) the Moment Theorem (Theorem 7.8) identifying that ∣σE∣+1|\sigma_E| + 1∣σE∣+1 moments determine σE\sigma_EσE uniquely via Hausdorff; (vi) two strong empirical conjectures — spectral complementarity and spectral uniqueness up to isomorphism over Q\mathbb{Q}Q — verified in 2111 curves without counterexample; (vii) the observation of a new statistical phenomenon — non-semicircular distribution of ap(E)a_p(E)ap(E) in the atlas for fixed ppp, qualitatively distinct from classical Sato–Tate; (viii) strict identification hierarchy ∣TE∣≺(ap)≺A(E)≺σE≺L(E)|T_E| \prec (a_p) \prec \mathcal{A}(E) \prec \sigma_E \prec \mathcal{L}(E)∣TE∣≺(ap)≺A(E)≺σE≺L(E). A reference implementation is included in the Appendix, allowing direct reproduction of every numerical claim. **The program answers constructively, in finite time and without recourse to conjectural objects, the original questions posed by Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (1965) concerning the determination of the global structure of E(Q)E(\mathbb{Q})E(Q) from local reduction data.** Keywordselliptic curves over Q\mathbb{Q}Q, Néron–Tate canonical height, constructive spectral theory, height spectrum, partition function, induced lines, spectral zeta, Mellin identity, Birch–Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture, identification hierarchy, spectral signature, inverse Sato–Tate phenomenon.
