Abstract

This work formalizes the Valency-Mass Balance (VMB) Principle and the Method of Hierarchical Analogy Shift (HAS) as core components of the "Engineering Logic of the Universe" (ELU) systemic framework. The VMB principle postulates a dynamic balance, expressed as Δ(M × K_m) ≡ Δ(V × K_v), between a system's inertial content and its structuring potential. The HAS method provides a rule for identifying valid functional analogies across different hierarchical scales (e.g., from biology to cosmology). Together, they offer a complementary heuristic toolkit for analyzing complex systems and formulating testable hypotheses about their architecture. Version 2.0: Revised English translation with formal definitions and corrected methodological principles.
