It does not modify, revise, or reinterpret any canonical instrument. No definitions, scope limits, boundary conditions, classifications, models, or licenses have been altered. The instrument register is declarative and enumerative only and exists to identify which instruments comprise the corpus at the time of publication. The appended relational map is descriptive and non-authorising. It introduces no hierarchy, sequence, dependency, synthesis, or theory and does not constitute application or guidance.
