Cache contig listing in vcfcache annotate --requirements (capped at 50 lines). GitHub Actions workflow to sync WIKI.md to the GitHub Wiki on main (.github/workflows/wiki-sync.yml). Changed vcfcache list --inspect now reuses vcfcache annotate --requirements. DOI downloads with cache-build -o now extract directly into the given directory (no extra caches//blueprints/ subdir). WIKI updated: moved performance model to the end, updated hit-rate guidance (60–80% for gnomAD), clarified custom-cohort cache strategy, and synced CLI reference. Fixed Zenodo metadata parsing uses metadata (not deprecated blueprints) and handles missing headers in download streams. Local vcfcache list alias formatting restored for directory names.
