Abstract

We construct a self-adjoint operator using point interactions at logarithms of prime powers. The trace formula structurally matches Riemann-Weil. This is an exploratory paper; remaining gaps are explicitly documented. Main paper (13p), supplement (12p), gap analysis (10p).
