Abstract

This repository contains analysis scripts used to characterize gut microbiota state-space structure, taxonomic probes, and co-variation modules in a high-fat diet (HFD) rat model. The scripts are designed to be descriptive rather than mechanistic, focusing on community-level organization, dispersion, and constraint.
