Interactive Single-Cell UMAP Visualization of the AS Risk Score in B-ALL

This repository contains an interactive HTML visualization of the AS Risk Score projected onto a single-cell RNA-seq atlas of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL, GSE130116). The visualization allows exploration of risk score distributions across cell types and disease stages (Healthy, Diagnosis, Relapse).This resource accompanies Figure 4 of the manuscript.
