Abstract

This paper presents a synthesis of number theory and cosmology. We establish the Final Ibaguner Conjecture (FIC) as a direct rationality criterion that unifiesFermat’s Last Theorem (FLT) and Beal’s Conjecture. Furthermore, we apply the Ibaguner Fractal Operator (IFO) to demonstrate how topological singularities areresolved through White Hole Rebirth, preventing universal thermal equilibrium via fractal information refraction
