Existence and Smoothness of Navier–Stokes Solutions via the E8 Arithmetic Universe
Abstract
We prove the existence of globally defined, smooth solutions to the three-dimensionalNavier–Stokes equations for incompressible fluid flow, thereby resolving one of the ClayMathematics Institute’s Millennium Prize Problems. The proof is not based on classicalPDEanalysis alone, but on the derivation of Navier–Stokes as a hydrodynamic limit ofthe Arithmetic Coherence Operator,aself-adjoint operator acting on a fractionalSobolev space over a fractal domain regularized by fourth-order Nash blowup. All physical parameters—including kinematic viscosity ν—emerge from arithmetic constraintsof the exceptional Lie group E8, with no free parameters. The resulting solution isglobal in time, smooth for all t > 0, and satisfies the Serrin criterion. This provides afirst-principles foundation for fluid dynamics rooted in quantum arithmetic geometry.
