Living AI Compliance Architecture Framework (LACAF): Public Specification
Abstract
This whitepaper introduces the Living AI Compliance Architecture Framework (LACAF), a governance-first, non-LLM-centric framework designed to meet the requirements of the EU AI Act and emerging global AI regulations. LACAF defines ethical core principles, AI DNA lineage, responsibility attribution, and auditability as intrinsic properties of artificial intelligence systems rather than external guardrails or post-hoc controls.
