Abstract

This paper is Part VII of the Dynamic Medicine series and provides a conceptual synthesis of the framework developed across Parts I–VI. It articulates Dynamic Medicine as a coherent medical paradigm grounded in system dynamics, temporal behavior, and adaptive regulation rather than static disease states. Building on the Universal Resonance Model (URM), the paper examines the broader implications of dynamic thinking for clinical practice, research, healthcare systems, and medical education. It reframes treatment as a timing-sensitive interaction with evolving biological systems and positions resilience, trajectory, and system stability as central organizing principles. The paper concludes the series by outlining the conditions under which Dynamic Medicine may mature from a conceptual framework into an operational paradigm guiding future medicine.
