Abstract

This manifesto redefines the fundamental nature of security and control, moving beyond the computational complexity of $P$ vs. $NP$ towards a framework rooted in Physical Entropy and Information-Theoretic Sovereignty. We posit that the "Controls" have always sought to establish and maintain an "Asymmetric Tax" on access and knowledge. As the mathematical "P vs. NP wall" shows signs of algorithmic porosity (e.g., Quantum Computing), a new paradigm for maintaining the "1000-year safety factor" emerges. This document outlines the transition from complexity as a barrier to irreducible thermodynamic cost and observable state collapse as the new bastions of control, expressed through the language of Social Physics and entropy.
