Boundary Rationale: Safety Constraints and Non-Prescriptive Design
Abstract
This document is a non-canonical orientation window within the Irwin Canonical Corpus. It exists solely to state the safety rationale underlying the corpus’s non-prescriptive, non-mobilising design. It explains why restriction, boundary enforcement, and refusal of implementation are intentional design requirements rather than omissions. This document: does not explain canonical content, does not justify conclusions, does not authorise action, use, or adoption. All material is governed by the Irwin Canonical Corpus — Licensing & Non-Extractive Use Boundary (2026).
