Abstract

This paper proposes the Universe Operating System (UOS) framework, redefining the universe as an actively interactable information-processing system rather than a passive physical object. Dark matter is interpreted as system-reserved memory required to maintain spacetime calculations, while dark energy is defined as the universe’s computational metabolism driving expansion. The framework introduces a symbiotic interaction protocol in which encoded informational payloads are injected into natural physical fluctuations and interpreted via AI mediation. This model shifts physics from material-based observation to information-centric, interactive universe engineering.
