The Blue Blocks Montessori Educational Society, through its Blue Blocks Micro Research Institute, has established a dedicated student-led space mission: SBB-1 (Students of Blue Blocks-1). This project represents a paradigm shift in K-12 education, transitioning students from theoretical classroom learning to applied orbital engineering. To execute this mission, Blue Blocks has collaborated with TM2Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd., utilizing their MOI-1 Satellite Bus as the orbital hosting infrastructure. This collaboration allows the student research team to focus on proprietary payload development while leveraging verified commercial platforms for launch and orbit maintenance.
