Abstract

TI07 Companion, Vol. 2 is a technical and restrictive companion to“Generative Time and the Reconstruction of the Path Integral(A Grothendieck Arrangement in F♯ Major)”, corresponding to TI07 in the Trans–Integral series, and to TI07 Companion, Vol. 1. This volume collects technical appendices and restrictive results whose primary purpose is to prevent common misinterpretations of TI07. Its role is not to expand the theory, but to delimit precisely what is—and what is not—being claimed within the Trans–Integral framework. Central among these results is a measure-theoretic analysis of observation showing that global simultaneous observation cannot, in general, be sustained without imposing strong quantitative regularity conditions—such as uniform integrability—that observational processes typically fail to satisfy. This analysis localizes the meaning of simultaneity without modifying the Einstein field equations themselves, thereby separating physical content from representational convenience. By situating spacetime decompositions, such as 3+1 (ADM) formalisms, within explicit quantitative constraints, this volume clarifies the status of global representations as mathematical devices rather than physically guaranteed descriptions. Such decompositions remain valid as tools, but are shown to require restrictive assumptions when interpreted as global observational structures. TI07 Companion, Vol. 2 is designed to accompany both TI07 and TI07 Companion, Vol. 1, ensuring conceptual stability and interpretative restraint. It provides the quantitative boundaries within which the generative reconstruction of time, correlation, and observation may be consistently interpreted, without introducing additional axioms or empirical claims.
