MELONA SENTINEL — Asymmetric Dominance in Web Defense: Ontological Validation Precedes Interpretation. A Mathematical Model for Deterministic Network Exclusion
Abstract
This paper introduces MELONA SENTINEL, a deterministic web defense architecture grounded in ontological validation, where the existence of a network entity is formally validated prior to interpretation, classification, or response. Departing from probabilistic, heuristic, and behavior-based security paradigms, the proposed MCA_FCM (Mathematical Cognitive Asymmetry – Formal Control Model) defines a non-reactive defense strategy in which illegitimate entities are excluded at the existence layer, preventing interaction rather than responding to it. The work formalizes this approach through a rigorous mathematical model that establishes asymmetric dominance by design, eliminating the need for adaptive learning, signature databases, or real-time behavioral inference. In addition to its theoretical and mathematical foundations, the paper includes a canonical forensic appendix serving as an immutable validation record, ensuring reproducibility, auditability, and epistemic integrity. This publication represents a camera-ready, content-frozen version intended for long-term public archival, formal citation, and reproducible reference within deterministic security research.
