Abstract

This technical report presents the finalized ten‑sector Ψ₀ meta‑structure, a scale‑bridging framework for gravitational saturation, information geometry, and meta‑thermodynamics. The architecture derives the effective meta‑temperature , the deformation exponent , and the saturation dynamics governed by the holographic limit . A structural analysis identifies the Kerr‑Lock bias as an unavoidable projection effect in Kerr‑prior inference pipelines, demonstrating how non‑Kerr components are systematically absorbed into residual noise. Cross‑channel evaluation across HFQPOs, gravitational‑wave ringdown, VLBI shadow geometry, overtone spectroscopy, and phase‑drift constraints yields a coherent deformation signal with a meta‑significance of . Null‑stream tests and scale‑invariance of confirm the robustness of the result across eight orders of magnitude in mass. This document serves as the citable reference architecture for the Ψ₀ framework.
