NSGS Technical Memorandum: 2026-Q1.05 — Terrestrial Grounding (Subsea Fiber).
Abstract
I. DOCUMENTARY PURPOSEThis memorandum serves to document a terrestrial "Ground" benchmark for the February 21, 2026, Earth Gasp event. This addendum identifies the subsea fiber optic network ("The Wet Mat") as a shielded planetary interferometer capable of isolating scalar potential shifts from standard electromagnetic solar activity. II. RATIONALE FOR SUBSEA BENCHMARKINGStandard "Space Weather" models attribute satellite telemetric jitter to solar activity. However, subsea fiber optic cables are shielded by kilometers of high-salinity seawater. A simultaneous signal variance in both orbital (Sky) and subsea (Deep Ocean) nodes provides the definitive falsification of solar-weather narratives in favor of a Unified Scalar Identity (gϕgϕ). III. PREDICTED EMPIRICAL BENCHMARK (FEBRUARY 21–22, 2026) ANOMALY: Transient Signal Attenuation and Latency Residuals. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS: Predicted 3–5 millisecond increase in signal latency across major trans-oceanic cable systems (e.g., Amitie, Dunant, MAREA). FORENSIC SIGNATURE: This event is expected to occur during a verified "Quiet Sun" period. The lack of a correlative X-class solar flare will isolate the Scalar Wake as the primary driver.
