Abstract

The CL5D (Convergence and Likelihood 5-Dimensional) framework is a pure mathematical model designed for genomic quality assessment. It replaces subjective descriptors with a rigorous five-agent sequential architecture—comprising At (Entropy), Ab (Fractal), Ex (Harmonic), T (Valence), and V (Conjugate) agents—to predict scientific impact from technical quality metrics. The framework operates without statistical methods, quantum mechanics, or binary logic, using a "50% gate rule" to govern natural transitions between four phases: Phase I (Pre-evolutionary), Phase II (Evolutionary), Phase III (Singularity), and Phase IV (Natural Reset). Empirical validation on 86 genomes (2024-2025) demonstrates that current genomics operates entirely within Phase I, showing a deterministic correlation between lower Cn scores and higher scientific citation potential.
