Abstract

CL5D Interactive Dashboard for Genome Assembly Quality Assessment A pure mathematical framework for genome assembly quality evaluation without statistical methods or peer review requirements. This dashboard implements the CL5D hybrid model with 5-agent sequential processing: 1. Input Collection: BUSCO completeness, N50 contiguity, sequencing coverage, expected citations2. AI/ML Processing: Automatic overfitting detection and conversion to entropy3. 5-Agent Sequential Processing: At (Entropy) → Ab (Fractal) → Ex (Harmonic) → T (Valence) → V (Conjugate)4. Phase Classification: Phase I (traditional scoring) → Phase II (evolutionary components)5. 50% Golden Gate Rule enforcement for phase transitions6. Conjugate balance recommendations for mathematical equilibrium7. PDF export with Devise Foundation watermark Key Features:- Pure mathematical processing (no statistics, no quantum mechanics)- 400+ regions harmonic progression analysis- Phase I Cn ranges: Very Bad (1.0-0.80), Bad (0.80-0.60), Moderate (0.60-0.40), Good (0.40-0.20), Excellent (0.20-0.000123)- Phase II components: Evolution, Decay, Conjugate, Benchmark (0.00002)- Dynamic recommendations based on Cn score- Responsive web interface compatible with all modern browsers The dashboard is implemented in HTML/JavaScript with Tailwind CSS and is hosted on Blogger. This upload includes the complete source code and implementation documentation. Live URL: https://mrinmoych.blogspot.com/2026/01/cl5d-genome-assembly-assessment-v3_9.html
