The Bhasin Invariance Principle: Entropy-Rate Conservation in Coarse-Grained Dynamical Systems
Abstract
We present the Bhasin Invariance Principle, a deliberately minimal and falsifiable operational law asserting entropy-rate conservation across coarse-grained dynamical systems. The principle states that multichannel time series from diverse domains can be mapped into a frozen discrete coherence–information state process governed by a single time-homogeneous generator. Across stable operating regimes, the entropy rate of this generator concentrates near a domain-invariant target value, while system-specific architecture manifests only in relaxation structure, dwell times, or spectral gaps. This release contains only the irreducible elements of the principle: state representation, generator form, invariant quantity, and explicit breakdown conditions. Domain-specific realizations, implementation details, calibration procedures, and code are intentionally excluded. The purpose of this record is to establish priority and enable direct scientific attack or falsification of the core claim.
