Oktoberfest_MultiFrag_Input

This dataset contains an example dataset to run the Oktoberfest MultiFrag Tutorial. It contains five different fragmentation techniques, and each technique has 1 sample of raw data and the relevant corresponding FragPipe search results files. Each technique has files included: fragpipe_search: folder that contains FragPipe outputs, file descriptions can be found on the FragPipe website: sample.pepXMLsample.pinsample_percolator_decoy_psms.tsvsample_percolator_target_psms.tsvsample.pep.xml mzml: folder contains a mzml file This data supports reproducibility and hands-on use of the tutorial notebook.
