nformation-Based Gravity II: Interpretation of Growth-Only Modifications as Relaxation Dynamics
Abstract
This paper provides a theory-facing interpretation of the growth-onlymodified-gravity response introduced in “Information-Based Gravity I”(Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18195195). No new numerical implementation, observational fit, or microscopicderivation is presented. Instead, the static phenomenological responseused in Paper I is shown to admit a natural interpretation as thefast-relaxation limit of a minimal first-order dynamical process. The relaxation rate is treated as an effective timescale rather thana fitted fundamental parameter. A strict separation is maintainedbetween validated phenomenology (Paper I) and theoretical interpretation(Paper II).
