Abstract

This document provides interpretive guidance for reading empirical observations under the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It does not extend, revise, or add to the framework, and introduces no new primitives, regimes, or empirical claims. Instead, it clarifies how familiar physical observations—such as sparse structure, weak universal effects, probabilistic behavior, long-horizon relaxation, and non-terminal extreme regimes—may be understood as signatures of executability, incompatibility, and wash-out once a constraint-first ontology is adopted. The document does not modify existing theories or equations and is intended solely as a usage and orientation guide for correct application of BCCF.
