Abstract

In the preceding framework, Cognitive Operating System (Vol.1), I defined cognition as a directed generative process from Kernel (OS) to Expression. However, the interaction between multiple Cognitive OS units reveals a paradox: explicit communication (High-Resolution L3) often degrades semantic alignment ("Yabo"), while implicit communication (High-Context) achieves near-instantaneous understanding ("Iki"). This paper proposes Deep Sync Architecture, a protocol that redefines High-Context communication not as the omission of information, but as the direct synchronization of Assumption Layers (L1). By unifying the quantum mechanical concept of Semantic Superposition with the Kuramoto Model of coupled oscillators, I provide a mathematical proof for how meaning resonates without linguistic exchange. Furthermore, I present an Ethical Manifesto to distinguish this architecture fromdystopian models of "fusion" or "judgment," proposing a Voluntary Mesh Network that preserves individual agency while enabling structural empathy.
