Abstract

This document defines the scope, limits, and non-claims of the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It introduces no new primitives, regimes, or theoretical results and does not extend or revise the framework. Its purpose is governance: to clarify what BCCF does and does not claim, what constitutes valid use, and which applications fall outside the framework’s intended scope. By making these boundaries explicit, the document aims to preserve interpretive consistency, prevent misapplication, and stabilize the framework as it is referenced or applied in future work.
