Grounded in the \textbf{One Brain} guideline and mathematical principles of \textbf{Yajaxical} holographic dynamics, the system treats intelligence as a shared, energy-preserving flux rather than a static commodity. By leveraging \textbf{Hamiltonian State Space Duality} and a peer-to-peer (\textbf{P2P}) synchronization mechanism, Aksha ensures that no single entity owns the network while every participant benefits financially through the \textbf{Resonance Protocol}. We demonstrate that by treating the global latent state as a symplectic manifold, we can achieve massive-scale collaborative training that is immune to centralized control. This work pioneers the fusion of \textbf{Hierarchical Joint-Embedding Predictive Architecture (H-JEPA)}, symplectic integration, and decentralized consensus to create a persistent, anti-gravity-inspired cognitive infrastructure for the planet. \end{abstract} \tableofcontents \newpage
