Abstract

Technological innovation and human capital are increasingly becoming the keys to success for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in a context characterised by strong national and international competition. Therefore, to be creative and innovative, every company must be a place of creativity that integrates its human capital into the innovation process in order to increase productivity and improve the quality of its products and services. The use of hypothetico-deductive reasoning is essential to test the theoretical framework with the hypotheses formulated. In addition, we administered a questionnaire to 100 Moroccan agri-food SMEs. The main objective of this work is to analyse the role and interaction of human capital and technological innovation in (SMEs) and the need for this process to ensure their survival. The results of this article confirm that technological innovation and human capital have a positive and significant impact on the competitiveness of SMEs in Morocco.
