Abstract

This record contains the preprint “Coherence Scaling in Hierarchical Oscillator Networks: Power-Law Decay, Memory Overhead, and Topological Constraints with Parallels to Disordered Condensed Matter” together with a snapshot of the DOFT code and aggregated datasets used to generate all figures and numerical results. Contents of the ZIP: complete DOFT pipeline (Ola1–Ola4), configuration presets corresponding to the paper runs, consolidated metrics/CSV outputs, and scripts to regenerate paper figures and tables. Runtime note: the pipeline is a stochastic rare-event search; short runs may yield zero viable candidates. On an 8-core i9-class CPU with ~32 GB RAM, reference timings are ~3 days for the Ola1 sweep subset and ~14 hours for Ola2–Ola4 (excluding Ola1). A minimal validation run is included to verify installation. See README.md inside the ZIP for quickstart instructions, expected outputs, and reproduction steps.
