A Conceptual Geometric Representation of Islamic Inheritance Based on a 1200-Unit Inheritance Circle
Abstract
Abstract Islamic inheritance has long been perceived as complex, not due to computational difficulty, but due to the cognitive burden imposed by fractional reasoning and multiple relational categories. This document introduces a conceptual geometric representation of inheritance allocation based on a normalized inheritance circle consisting of 1200 discrete units. Within this framework, each heir is represented as a vector originating from a common reference point corresponding to the deceased. The proposed representation does not offer legal rulings, doctrinal interpretations, or computational procedures. Instead, it provides a visual and structural framework intended to enhance conceptual clarity and serve as a neutral mathematical representation layer independent of jurisprudential schools. This document is intentionally limited to establishing conceptual precedence.
