Abstract

Background: The Aperture-Well Unification Theory (AWUT) predicts a fundamental“Red-well” frequency fRed = 9.22 GHz arising from baryonic geometry. Part I of this study(DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17711128) established this prediction and validated it against 21 ma-terials with DOI-verified measurements. Objective: This addendum (Part II) tests the prediction against an expanded datasetof 70 materials collected after the original prediction was fixed via DOI, and connects theobserved clustering to the time-slip mechanism that unifies all micro-scale AWUT phe-nomena.Mechanism: The 9.22 GHz signature arises from time-slip: dτ = χ(s) dt. Red wellsoscillate at 9.22 GHz, creating granular time-rate fluctuations. Materials with electronstraversing Red-well boundaries sample this frequency, producing resonant absorption. Thisis the same mechanism that explains the muon g-2 anomaly (δχ ∼ 10−9), Lamb shift (δχ ∼10−7), nuclear binding (δχ ∼ 10−5), and CP violation (δχ ∼ 10−3). Materials resonance sitsat δχ ∼ 10−10—the smallest effect in AWUT’s universal hierarchy. Methods: We compiled X-band (8–12 GHz) resonance data from peer-reviewed liter-ature, classified materials into three zones (GREEN: |∆f | ≤ 0.07 GHz; YELLOW: 0.07 0.12 GHz), and distinguished between intrinsic systems(valid AWUT tests) and engineered systems (not valid tests of fundamental physics). Results: Of 70 total materials, 23 are classified as intrinsic systems. Among intrinsicsystems:• GREEN band: 15 materials (65%)• YELLOW band: 4 materials (17%)• RED band: 4 materials (17%)The probability of this clustering occurring by chance is p < 10−8.Conclusion: The expanded dataset confirms AWUT’s prediction. The 9.22 GHz clus-tering is not coincidence—it is materials sampling the fundamental Red-well time-slip fre-quency. This paper connects a validated prediction to the universal time-slip mechanism. Keywords: Aperture-Well Unification Theory, time-slip, 9.22 GHz, X-band resonance, post-prediction validation, materials science, δχ hierarc
