Non-Circular Operational Identification of the Gravitational Constant 𝐺 in Causal Memory Gravity
Abstract
We provide a non-circular, necessity-level proof that the unique universal coupling emerging in a weak/intermediate,coarse-grained regime of Causal Memory Gravity (CMG) must be identified with the Newtonian gravitational constant𝐺 as defined by metrological protocol. The result is an identity-by-protocol theorem: equality follows from uniquenessof the observable law and its calibration procedure, not from a first-principles derivation of the numerical value of 𝐺.No claim is made that CMG predicts the numerical value of 𝐺. This research is grounded in the framework ofinformationism, consistent with Wheeler’s “It from Bit” concept (1990) and the informational ontology (Floridi, 2011),which regards information as the fundamental constituent of reality
