Abstract

This technical note presents the complete Programme of Proof for the DGD (Dominance, Geometry, Dynamics) framework and its application to gravitational decoherence. The programme consists of six papers organized in three risk tiers, making 18 empirically testable predictions. The core claim is that gravitational decoherence satisfies a complementarity relation: what gravity takes from coherence, it deposits as heat. This constraint reveals hidden physics when violated. The sharpest prediction—τ(45°)/τ(0°) = 2—is parameter-independent and testable with existing technology. The six papers form a directed acyclic graph with P1 (PFD Core) as root. Two parallel branches (Scale and Time) converge through Dark Channels and Two Corridors to the terminal node (Fourth Generation). Each tier can fail independently without collapsing the others.
