sracipe 2.0 Package and Figure Data

This contains a compressed version of the sRACIPE R package, as presented in the paper "sRACIPE 2.0: a system biology circuit modeling toolkit for random circuit perturbation". The sracipe_2.0_data folder contains scripts and .rds files used to generate the figures in the paper. The "benchmarking" subfolder contains the simulation data and simulation scripts for panels D, E, F, and G of Fig. 1. "RegulationTypeComp" has the scripts used for Figs. S1-3 while "regCompData" has the .rds objects used for Figs. S1-2, and "ccData" has the .rds objects used for generating Fig. S3. Lastly, "NoisePerturbations" has the R scripts and .rds file used for generating Figs. S4-5 and Table 1.
