Abstract

The Unified Continuity Framework (UCF) synthesizes the core frameworks in the SyncronTech portfolio into a single layered system. It clarifies how PVTT, SUST, CFD, CER, and SecondWaltz relate to one another as complementary models of state, substrate, persistence, stability, and control. Rather than introducing new physics, UCF provides a structural map that shows how transformation, continuity, and coherence interact across physical, biological, and computational systems. The framework is designed to improve interpretability, consistency, and long-term scalability of continuity-based theories and their applied implementations.
