Abstract

We provide a non-circular, necessity-level identity-by-protocol theorem: in a weak/intermediate, coarse-grained regime, the unique universal coupling Îș∗\kappa_\astÎș∗ selected by the observable law and its calibration must equal the metrologically defined constant Îș\kappaÎș. In the gravitational instance this identifies Îș∗\kappa_\astÎș∗ with Newton’s constant GGG (within the Causal Memory Gravity framework); in the interferometric/spectroscopic instance it identifies Îș∗\kappa_\astÎș∗ with Planck’s constant ℏ\hbarℏ (via the phase–action, energy–frequency, and momentum–wavevector interfaces). Equality follows from the uniqueness of the admissible observable relations and the shared calibration procedures, not from a first-principles derivation of the numerical value of the constant. No claim is made to predict that numerical value. The program is grounded in informationism, in the spirit of Wheeler’s “It from Bit” (1990) and Floridi’s informational ontology (2011), which regard information as a fundamental constituent of reality.
