Abstract

Quality control procedures for the NRCS-USFS Forest Soil Moisture Monitoring Network, with example workflow using data from sites at Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest. Includes instructions, sensor metadata, raw files, code to clean and flag data, shapefiles of watershed boundaries, and code to summarize flagged data.
