POSSIBILITIES OF STEREOTACTIC RADIOABLATION USING THE CYBERKNIFE SYSTEM IN REFRACTORY VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA

The aim of this study was to analyze and summarize current domestic and international publications on the use of stereotactic radiotherapy with the CyberKnife system in the treatment of refractory ventricular tachycardia. The review demonstrated that this method shows high efficacy in reducing arrhythmic episodes and improving patients’ quality of life, with an acceptable safety profile. However, the limited number of clinical observations and the lack of long‑term data highlight the need for further multicenter studies and protocol standardization.
