Case Translation Applying Generative and Relational Ontology to States, Corporations, Municipalities, and Education
Abstract
This paper provides a case-based translation of generative and relational ontology into four institutional domains: states, corporations, municipalities, and education. Rather than proposing policy prescriptions, governance models, or management techniques, the paper identifies structural mismatches between survival-based institutional logics and generative life processes across these domains. Each case demonstrates how control-oriented and optimization-driven designs suppress generativity, while relationally aligned structures can restore continuity, adaptability, and participation without relying on moral idealism or utopian assumptions. The paper emphasizes that institutional translation is not a problem of efficiency or incentives, but of ontological alignment. This paper is part of a theoretical series initiated by the overview DOIː 10.5281/zenodo.18193256 “Rationality Without Transition: Why Advanced Civilizations Remain Trapped in an Animalistic Mode of Survival”. It extends prior analyses of ontological exposure by translating generative and relational existence into concrete institutional domains without collapsing into prescriptive design.
