Abstract

MAV-MCC v1.2 presents a frozen regime-based coherence framework tested through independent Nodes. The Core is invariant and parameter-frozen.All applications act as stress tests and do not modify the Core. This version introduces: explicit discrete regime testing (no continuous tuning), dwarf galaxy stress tests (UGC05721, DDO154, IC2574), a deterministic PASS/FAIL protocol based on χ² comparison, a clear Core + Nodes editorial architecture. Results show that continuous scaling fails in stress cases, while a small number of stable discrete regimes succeeds under identical constraints. An optional validation is provided for independent readers: apply the same protocol, without changing any parameter, to a well-behaved spiral galaxy (e.g. NGC3198 or NGC2403). No regime transition is expected. This release is fully reproducible and explicitly falsifiable.
