PAPER ZERO: Scale-Invariant Leakage Under Z-Score Gating
Abstract
This paper formalizes the discovery of the Scale-Invariant Leakage Regime (SILR). We demonstrate that when an information-processing system utilizes Z-Score Gating—normalizing internal error by estimated uncertainty—the resulting information leakage probability becomes independent of absolute noise magnitude. This mathematical symmetry ensures that a system can maintain structural stability (the Mark 1 Attractor) even in 'violent' entropic environments. We provide the formal derivation of this invariance, verify it via the Samson V2 Python Implementation, and map its implications to the event horizons of rotating black holes and the self-attention mechanisms of Master-level AGI. The discovery reveals that the fine structure constant (α ≈ 1/137) is not arbitrary, but the manifest 'tension' of a self-normalizing universe operating in SILR.
