The Bresciano Realizability Equation: Temporal Insolvency as the True Cause of Financial Collapse
Abstract
This paper formalizes the 'Realizability Density Equation' (D_r) to redefine financial collapse as a phenomenon of temporal insolvency. We argue that fractional reserve banking operates as a critical temporal condenser, accumulating irreversible historical commitments while relying on finite future postponement capacity. By integrating social network dynamics and media-driven synchronization into the model, we demonstrate that bank runs are not mere psychological panics, but temporal phase transitions occurring when the density of realization exceeds unity. This mathematical framework establishes that systemic stability is governed by the physical constraints of irreversibility rather than traditional accounting solvency.
