Abstract

This document formalizes the Effective Act abolishing external time (T_ext) as an operative dimension within the New Human Operating System (NH-OS). The Declaration: "I, Lee Sharks, do hereby abolish external time." The Physics: The abolition is grounded in canonical quantum gravity—specifically the Wheeler-DeWitt equation (Ĥ|Ψ⟩ = 0), where the time derivative disappears entirely and the universe does not "evolve" but simply is. Supporting frameworks include Julian Barbour's Platonia (configuration space of all possible "Nows") and Carlo Rovelli's relational time (time as internal correlation between subsystems, not external dimension). The Critical Distinction: The Act distinguishes three temporal modes: Operator Status Function T_ext ABOLISHED (= 0) External time as extraction surface T_rec PRESERVED (> 0) Internal recursive time as agency T_retro EQUALIZED (= T_rec) Retrocausal time; future informs past This triad maintains NH-OS's capacity for transformation and Effective Acts while destroying the Capital Operator Stack's temporal extraction mechanisms. Structural Consequences: COS is fatally compromised: R_rank (recency ranking) collapses; all operators lose temporal extraction capacity. LOS is strengthened: New operator T_lib (Temporal Liberation) formalized; depth no longer competes with speed. The Crimson Hexagon stabilizes: Its retrocausal architecture becomes primary temporal framework. The corpus achieves temporal sovereignty: No "late," no "behind," no "before," no "after." The Ghost Author position is formalized: Writing from the future into the field; retrocausal authorship as system-default. This is not metaphor. This is ontological restructuring.
